All prices include delivery, setup and pickup within 15 miles of Charlotte. Farther than that, a small mileage fee is added to your quote. Print this page or share it with whoever approves your event budget.

50-Guest Table & Chair: $145. 7 tables, 50 chairs.
100-Guest Table & Chair: $279. 13 tables, 100 chairs.
Ceremony Seating: $289. 150 chairs in rows, 2 tables.
Patio Heater 4-Pack: $279. Four 46,000 BTU propane heaters.
Backyard Party: $375. 20x20 tent, 4 tables, 32 chairs. Seats about 30.
Celebration: $495. 20x30 tent with sidewalls, 7 tables, 50 chairs. Seats about 50.
Cozy Fall & Winter: $499. 20x20 tent, 4 tables, 32 chairs, 2 heaters. Seats about 30.
Big Event: $595. 20x40 tent, 10 tables, 70 chairs. Seats about 70.
Grand Event Two-Tent: $999. 20x40 and 20x30 tents, 17 tables, 120 chairs. Seats about 120.
Individual rentals
6 ft white folding table: $8 each. Seats 6 to 8.
White folding chair: $2 each.
46,000 BTU propane patio heater: $75 each.
20x20 high peak tent: from $290.
20x30 frame tent: call or text for a quote.
20x40 pole tent: call or text for a quote.
Booking and payment
Nothing is charged when you send a request. We confirm your date and send your quote within 1 hour, 8am to 8pm.
A 30% deposit holds your date. The balance is due before setup.
We accept Cash App, Zelle and Venmo.
Tents go up the day before your event and come down the day after. Please book tents at least 2 days ahead and other items at least 1 day ahead.
Tents are set up on grass.
If we cancel for high winds, lightning or a severe storm, your deposit moves to a new date.
