About Apex: Started at 15 in a Concord Backyard

Hi, I'm Ismael Meza Chavez. I grew up in Concord and went to high school here.

How it started

In 2023, when I was 15, I started Apex Event Rentals in my backyard with about 10 tables and 90 chairs. I was young and wanted to do something big for my age. I also wanted to show people that being young doesn't matter. If you put in the work, you can do anything.

Our very first job was a small employee event for a lumber warehouse in Locust, and I still remember it well.

Who we are now

I started with three close friends, and we've grown from there into a small crew. We've now done more than 300 events, from backyard birthdays and graduations to church gatherings and company events. Today we rent 20x20, 20x30 and 20x40 tents, white folding tables and chairs, and propane patio heaters across the Charlotte area.

How we work

We make renting easy, fast and reliable. We show up on time, and we're always willing to work with you to make your event happen. That's what a rental company should be about.
