Planning an event for a company, church, school or community group is a lot of moving parts. We keep our part simple: you get one person to talk to, a written quote that lists every item, and a crew that has everything set up before your people arrive.

What we have
Tents: 20x20 high peak, 20x30 frame and 20x40 pole tents. Together the 20x40 and 20x30 seat about 120.
Tables: 30 white 6 ft folding tables, each seating 6 to 8.
Chairs: 360 white folding chairs.
Heaters: 46,000 BTU propane patio heaters for cool-weather events.
How it works
Tell us about your event. Send the date, address, guest count and what you need through our quote form, or call or text (980) 362-0312. We reply within 1 hour, 8am to 8pm.
Get a written, itemized quote. Every item and price is listed, so it's easy to pass along for approval.
Hold your date. A 30% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due before setup. We accept Cash App, Zelle and Venmo.
We deliver and set up. Tents go up the day before your event and come down the day after. Tables and chairs are arranged the way you want them.
Things to know
Tents go on grass. Our tents are staked, so we set up on lawns and fields, not on pavement.
Book early for big events. Tents need at least 2 days' notice, but for 100+ guests or a busy holiday weekend, reach out a few weeks ahead.
Delivery: free within 15 miles of Charlotte. Farther than that, a small mileage fee is added to your quote up front.
Weather promise: if we have to cancel for high winds, lightning or a severe storm, your deposit moves to a new date.
