Service Description
Our largest tent: a white 20x40 pole tent that seats about 70 guests at tables, perfect for weddings, graduations and big family parties. Sidewalls and string lights available. We deliver and set up the day before your event and take it down the day after. Pick your event date and we'll confirm availability and send your quote.
Cancellation Policy
Nothing is charged today. Send your request and we'll confirm your date and send your quote within 1 hour (8am to 8pm). A 30% deposit (minimum $50) holds your date, and the balance is due before setup. We accept Cash App, Zelle and Venmo. Last-minute? Same-day and next-day requests are welcome whenever the tent is free. We usually set up the day before and take down the day after. If we cancel for high winds, lightning or a severe storm, your deposit moves to a new date.
