Service Description
Our most popular package for birthdays, graduations, showers and family reunions: a white 20x30 frame tent with sidewalls, seven 6 ft white folding tables and 50 white folding chairs. Seats about 50 guests, and the sidewalls keep out wind and light rain or can stay rolled up on a nice day. Delivery, setup and pickup within 15 miles of Charlotte are included. We set up the day before your event and take it down the day after. Pick your date and we'll confirm availability and send your quote.
Cancellation Policy
Nothing is charged today. Send your request and we'll confirm your date and send your quote within 1 hour (8am to 8pm). A 30% deposit (minimum $100) holds your date, and the balance is due before setup. We accept Cash App, Zelle and Venmo. We set up the day before your event and take down the day after, so please book at least 2 days ahead. If we cancel for high winds, lightning or a severe storm, your deposit moves to a new date.
