Service Description
Keep the party going when Charlotte nights turn cool: a white 20x20 high peak tent, four 6 ft white folding tables, 32 white folding chairs and two 46,000 BTU propane patio heaters. Seats about 30 guests in comfort, great for fall birthdays, Friendsgiving, holiday parties and football watch parties. Booked item by item this setup is $536. Delivery, setup and pickup within 15 miles of Charlotte are included. We set up the day before your event and take it down the day after. Pick your date and we'll confirm availability and send your quote.
Cancellation Policy
Nothing is charged today. Send your request and we'll confirm your date and send your quote within 1 hour (8am to 8pm). A 30% deposit (minimum $100) holds your date, and the balance is due before setup. We accept Cash App, Zelle and Venmo. We set up the day before your event and take down the day after, so please book at least 2 days ahead. If we cancel for high winds, lightning or a severe storm, your deposit moves to a new date.
