Service Description
For the big ones: weddings, quinceañeras, family reunions and church or company events. You get two white tents, our 20x40 pole tent and our 20x30 frame tent, plus seventeen 6 ft white folding tables and 120 white folding chairs. Seats about 120 guests, with room to use one tent for dining and one for food, music or dancing. Booked as separate packages this would be $1,090. Delivery, setup and pickup within 15 miles of Charlotte are included. We set up the day before your event and take it down the day after. Pick your date and we'll confirm both tents are free and send your quote.
Cancellation Policy
Nothing is charged today. Send your request and we'll confirm your date and send your quote within 1 hour (8am to 8pm). A 30% deposit (minimum $100) holds your date, and the balance is due before setup. We accept Cash App, Zelle and Venmo. We set up the day before your event and take down the day after, so please book at least 2 days ahead. If we cancel for high winds, lightning or a severe storm, your deposit moves to a new date.
