Planning an Outdoor Party This Fall or Winter in Charlotte
Fall is one of the best times to host outside around Charlotte. The bugs are gone, the leaves are turning, and football is on. The only catch is that it gets chilly once the sun goes down. A tent with patio heaters fixes that.
Why a tent plus heaters works
A tent blocks wind and keeps dew off your tables, and it holds the heat from patio heaters close to your guests. Our heaters are 46,000 BTU propane patio heaters, and each one runs up to 9 hours on high or 18 hours on low, so they'll last the whole party.

20x30 or 20x40 tent: 4 heaters.

Our Cozy Fall & Winter Package is $499 and includes a white 20x20 high peak tent, four 6 ft tables, 32 chairs and two propane patio heaters. It seats about 30 guests. Booked item by item, the same setup is $536.

Book early for the holidays
Holiday weekends are popular, so it pays to reserve early. We set up the day before your event and take down the day after, so tent bookings need at least 2 days' notice. If we have to cancel for high winds, lightning or a severe storm, your deposit moves to a new date.
